FAQ
What materials are Indira rings made of?
Our rings are crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, 14K gold-plated silver (yellow or rose) and solid 14K gold. The stones used include natural gemstones such as amethyst, moonstone, garnet, sapphire, emerald, topaz, rose quartz, black onyx, moldavite, and cultured pearls, as well as cubic zirconia stones for extra sparkle.
How do I choose the right size for an Indira ring?
We recommend measuring your finger's circumference with a strip of paper and comparing the result with our size chart available on every product page. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size for wide-band rings and the smaller size for slim styles. Some designs are adjustable - look for the mention Adjustable in the product title.
Do gold-plated rings lose their color over time?
Our 14K gold-plated silver rings have a generous layer that ensures durability. To keep the shine for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Remove your ring before handwashing or bathing and store it in an anti-tarnish pouch when you're not wearing it.
What is 925 Sterling Silver and why is it used?
925 Sterling Silver contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy (usually copper), which gives it greater durability than pure silver while preserving its signature luster and shine. It's the international standard for quality silver jewelry and is hypoallergenic for most people.
What's the difference between rings with natural stones and those with cubic zirconia?
Rings with natural stones feature semi-precious or precious gemstones mined from nature - amethyst, moonstone, garnet, sapphire, and more - each with unique properties and hues. Rings with cubic zirconia use synthetic stones with diamond-like sparkle, offering a refined look at a more accessible price.
Can I wear Indira rings every day?
Yes, most of our rings are designed for everyday wear. 925 Sterling Silver and 14K gold styles are durable enough for daily use. However, we recommend avoiding activities that can scratch the stones or bend the band (sports, cleaning with chemicals) and storing your jewelry separately to prevent scratches.
