How to Buy?
1. Quick Order
To place an online order after you have visited the site, you need to go to the desired subcategory where you will see all products within that subcategory. If there are multiple colors or sizes available for the same product, please hover over the desired color and select the size you want to order. To order a product, you need to click on its picture to view its description and price. The picture is on the left, while the brief description, code, and price are on the right of your screen. Under the price, you have the units section (where you can enter how many pieces you want) and the add to cart section. By pressing add to cart, the product will be added to your shopping list. If you wish to add more products, close the "Cart" section to continue shopping. To complete the order, you need to press "View Cart." Verify the products in your cart to ensure they are the correct color and size, and if you have a coupon, you can enter it in the "Coupon Code" section. Then select "Proceed to Checkout." On this page, you need to enter your delivery and contact information, and select the shipping and payment method. If you have other comments, you can address them in the "Comments" section. Once you have ensured that the details you entered are correct, press the "Place Order" button. Shortly, you will receive a message confirming your order placement.
2. Create an Account

3. Indira Loyalty Points
After each completed order, registered users benefit from 10% Cashback of the order value in the form of Indira loyalty points. These points are only granted to non-returned orders, and their value will be adjusted as changes are made to the respective order.
The points obtained have a validity period of 90 days from the order completion date.
The points become active 10 calendar days after the order is placed and can only be used for subsequent orders following the one that earned the points.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.
Orders placed and registered on the website www.indirabijoux.com, from Friday after 15:00 until Monday at 09:00, will be confirmed (by phone or email) and processed on the first working day of the following week.

Moment of Contract Conclusion:
According to the regulations in force, namely Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the moment of concluding the distance contract is when INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL confirms acceptance of the order sent by you.
Contract Subject:
The subject of the contract consists of the products you have opted to purchase by placing an order, which was later confirmed by INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL. The products have the characteristics specified on the www.indirabijoux.com web page and are accompanied, where applicable, by warranty certificates.
Product Prices:
The price of the purchased products is the one mentioned on the www.indirabijoux.com web page and includes VAT.
The minimum order value for free shipping is 69 USD.
For orders valued less than 69 USD, the shipping cost is 3 USD regardless of the destination.
The discount corresponding to vouchers/coupons is not cumulative with other promotions or seasonal offers.
Price and Selling Method
The products sold on the site are sold per piece, not per gram. The displayed price is the final price of the product, regardless of its weight.
Product Weight
The weight indicated in the product description is indicative and can vary slightly depending on the size (especially in the case of rings) or the peculiarities of the manufacturing process. These variations do not affect the product's price.
By placing the order, the customer confirms that they have taken note of this information.
Order Payment:
Payment for purchased products can be made in cash on delivery, by card payment, or bank transfer.
Product Delivery:
Delivery is made by courier to the delivery address you provided, through our partners Fan Courier.
Delivery duration for Bucharest is a maximum of 24-48 hours from order confirmation, and for provinces a maximum of 72 hours from confirmation.
We ship Indira products through our partner DHL to all EU member countries, with certain exceptions. Delivery is free for orders over 69 USD and delivered within the EU and the UK. The international delivery period is between 4 and 7 working days. All internationally shipped Indira products are 100% insured. For the United Kingdom, following its exit from the EU, the customs duty for shipping jewelry made of gold and silver to the UK is 2.5% of the declared value of the goods.
Black Friday and Other Promotional Campaigns
During these campaigns, the delivery duration may vary between 24 hours and 7 days. The high volume of orders may cause delivery delays. We apologize and assure you that we are doing everything possible to expedite the delivery process.
Additionally, during these types of campaigns, the value or percentage coupons and vouchers from previous campaigns or newsletter subscriptions, i.e., the corresponding discounts, do not apply to the promotional price. Coupons and vouchers can only be used and applied to the product's full price.
The products in the Black or Flash promotions are original, sealed, and free from hidden defects. Such campaigns also include items with limited stock, which means there may be situations where the ordered product becomes unavailable in the meantime. The large number of generated orders is processed by technical platforms based on the FIFO system.

Product Return Information:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights under contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and supplementation of certain normative acts, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, from the day on which “you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products.”
Goods made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly personalized are excepted from the right of withdrawal from the contract, according to O.U.G. 34/2014: Article 16, Paragraph (c) “supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.”
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unambiguous statement by email: office@indira.ro.
You can also complete and electronically submit the standard withdrawal form or any unambiguous declaration on our website www.indirabijoux.com. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request without delay on a durable medium, for example, by email.
Or you can opt for the accessible option in the online client account.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL:
If you withdraw, we will reimburse the amount we received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, but we may delay the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is the earliest. We will make the reimbursement by bank transfer; no commissions will be charged as a result of such reimbursement.
The costs for product returns as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by www.indirabijoux.com.
You are only responsible for the reduction of the product’s value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the products.
The product return must be without damages, signs of wear, scratches, hits, missing accessories, along with the packaging in which it was delivered (delivery box, jewelry box), and its warranty.
ATTENTION! In case the box or protective element containing the product contains product identification elements (such as: product description, characteristics, product code/lot, user instructions, age indications), these fulfill additional functions, not being considered “packaging” under Law No. 249/2015. Therefore, THE PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE RETURNED TOGETHER WITH THESE BOXES OR PROTECTION ELEMENTS, otherwise INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL will not accept the products. Without the possibility of being identified and without a description, products become unsuitable for use and further commercial purposes.
If the products are delivered to the consumer by INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL in transport packaging (bubble wrap, cardboard box containing no product identification elements) to prevent product damage during handling and/or transportation, it is not necessary for the products to be returned in these packages.
According to Article 16 of the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the following are exceptions to the right of withdrawal: "c) supply of goods made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized; d) supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; e) supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed by the consumer; f) supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.”
RETURN OF NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS:
Under Law No. 449/2003 regarding product sales and associated guarantees – republished, the seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of product delivery.
In the case of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to request the seller to bring the product into conformity without cost, by repair or replacement, or to benefit from a corresponding price reduction or contract termination. In cases of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to request the seller to repair the product first, or has the right to request the replacement of the product, in each case free of charge, except where such an action is impossible or disproportionate. "Free of charge" refers to all the costs necessary to bring the product into conformity, including postal, transport, handling, diagnosis, expertise, dismantling, assembly, labor, materials used, and packaging costs.
Lack of conformity is not considered if, at the time of the sale contract, the consumer knew or could not reasonably have been unaware of this lack of conformity, or if the lack of conformity originates from materials supplied by the consumer.
The seller's liability is engaged if the lack of conformity manifests within 1 year, calculated from the product delivery date. For products whose average usage period is less than 1 year, the term reduces to this duration.
Any product replacement will be made within a reasonable time frame, agreed upon in writing between the seller and the consumer, without significant inconvenience to the consumer, considering the nature of the products and the purpose for which the products were requested. The established period cannot exceed 15 calendar days from when the consumer notified the seller of the product’s lack of conformity.
Lack of product conformity must be notified in writing to the seller within 2 months from its detection. After the 1-year period, calculated from the delivery date, consumers cannot claim the remediation or replacement of products that cannot be used for their intended purpose due to hidden defects arising during the medium usage duration, under legal conditions.
Silver jewelry oxidation is not considered a lack of conformity, as it is a natural process of silver, and the oxide layer can be removed. Also, the warranty does not cover the oxidation of jewelry.
HIDDEN DEFECT WARRANTY:
The seller guarantees the consumer against any hidden defects that make the sold goods unfit for their intended use or diminish their usability or value so much that, if known, the buyer would not have purchased them or would have paid a lower price. The warranty is owed if the defect or its cause exists at the time of delivery. The seller does not owe a warranty against defects known to the consumer at the contract conclusion. A defect is hidden if it could not have been discovered at the time of delivery, without specialized assistance, by a prudent and diligent buyer.
INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL guarantees, in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 21/1992 on consumer protection – republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of Law No. 296/2004 regarding the Consumption Code, and Law No. 449/2003 regarding product sales and associated guarantees, that the sold products comply with the quality standards in force of the European Community. The warranty is granted in accordance with Romanian laws in force at the purchase date and the warranty certificate accompanying the delivered product.
Complaints are sent in writing to the Supplier's headquarters in Bucharest, G Dem Teodorescu St, No. 11-13, Floor 5, Ap 39, Sector 3, Phone: 0726 963 030; or by email at: support@indira.ro. They must be accompanied by the receipt/invoice, warranty certificate, and a description of the observed problem (written complaint, signed and dated by the buyer).
The product will be returned by the client via courier to the supplier's address mentioned above. The product can only be returned if it is in the original packaging. The cost of the returned product’s transport will be borne by the client, unless otherwise specified, and if the lack of product conformity is found, INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL will refund the client the transport cost via postal order/payment order to the indicated account. After analyzing the complaint, if the product's lack of conformity is found, INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL will proceed, accordingly, to: repair/replace the product, offer the client an appropriate price reduction, or proceed to resolve the contract, and refund the client the paid price via bank transfer.
INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL will make no more than 2 attempts to process the return.
