Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Indira! If the size isn’t right or you simply don’t wish to keep the jewelry you ordered, you can request an exchange or return hassle-free within 30 days of purchase, for jewelry that has not been worn.

Exchange and Return Rules

  • All exchanges and returns are subject to a flat shipping fee of 20 USD.

How Can You Return or Exchange a Product?

  1. From the footer menu, choose return a product
  2. Enter the order number and email address
  3. Select your preferences: Choose the desired option (exchange for a different size, or refund).
  4. Prepare the parcel: Pack the product appropriately.
    • If you choose pickup from your address, please wait for the courier we send.
    • If you choose a return via Easybox, note the code you received and drop the parcel in the selected locker.
  5. Processing: After we receive and assess the returned products, we will process your request. In the case of a return, the funds will reach your account within a maximum of 14 business days.

Note: The "Exchange" option is available only for the same product, in a different size. 

Important Conditions

Returned or exchanged products must be in new condition, without signs of wear. If they show scratches, damage, or other signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the request or to charge a refurbishment fee, if this is possible.
