Product Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Indira! If the size isn't right or you simply don't wish to keep the ordered jewelry, you can request an exchange or return without any hassle within 30 days of purchase for jewelry that has not been worn.

Rules for Exchange and Return

  • All exchanges and returns are subject to a flat shipping fee of 15 USD, which will be covered by the customer.

How to Return or Exchange a Product?

  1. Access your account: Navigate to the "My Account" section.
  2. Select the order: Choose the order you want to return and click the "Return" button.
  3. Select preferences: Choose the desired option (exchange for a different size, or refund).
  4. Prepare the package: Pack the product appropriately.
    • If you choose doorstep pickup, wait for the courier sent by us.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and evaluate the returned products, we will process your request. In case of a return, the money will reach your account within 14 working days.

Note: The "Exchange" option is available only for the same product in a different size. If you want a completely different product, please select the "Return" option to quickly receive store credits and you can place a new order for the desired product.

Important Conditions

Returned or exchanged products must be in new condition, without signs of wear. If they show scratches, damage, or other signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the request or to charge a fee for refurbishing the product, if possible.
