Contest Rules We Bloom Together

1. Art. 1 Contest Organizer

   1.1. Indira Art Distribution SRL, located at Str. Intrarea Moneasa, No 1, 1st floor, apt 4, postal code 010633, Bucharest, organizes the We Bloom Together contest from February 21st to March 3rd.

   1.2. This regulation constitutes the set of conditions and rules established by SC INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION SRL, the contest organizer, regarding the organization and conduct of the We Bloom Together contest.

   1.3. Indira holds all rights and obligations arising from its role as the contest organizer. The organizer is entitled to change the concept and format of the contest whenever deemed necessary, but will notify the public in advance through any means.

   1.4. This contest's concept and format are the intellectual property of the organizer, protected under Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.

   1.5. The contest rules will be available on www.indirabijoux.com

   Article 2. Contest Organization. Contest Mechanism.

   2.1. The contest titled "We Bloom Together" takes place from February 21st to March 3rd on the Organizer's Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/theofficialindira)

   2.2 On March 3rd, 2026, the organizer will post the contest announcement picture on its Instagram page.

   To participate, each contestant must comment by tagging another user and mentioning a flower from the Birthflower collection. The contest ends on March 1st, 2026, and the winner will be announced in the following days, chosen by the Indira team through a draw. The winner will receive the prize provided by the organizer.

   Article 3. Contest Participants

   3.1 Anyone residing in North America who is at least 14 years old by the contest entry date can participate in the We Bloom Together contest.

   3.2 By entering the contest, each participant unconditionally agrees with all the contest rules.

   3.3. Employees and contracted collaborators of the organizer, as well as their relatives up to the second degree, cannot participate in the "We Bloom Together" contest.

   Article 4. Value and Awarding of Contest Prizes

   4.1 The prize for the "We Bloom Together" contest, organized by Indira, consists of two Indira gift cards worth 115 USD.

   4.2 The total value of the prizes is approximately 230 USD.

   4.3 The contest winner will be verified for a valid email address and compliance with the Contest Rules. The potential winner must respond to the Organizer's message no later than 72 hours after the winner announcement. If the potential winner does not respond in the given time, a new winner will be chosen by draw. The alternate winner will be contacted via private message and must reply within 72 hours from the award announcement.

   4.4 The contest winner will receive 2 Indira gift cards worth 115 USD.

   4.5 Prize delivery may take up to 4 weeks. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equal value at its discretion unless prohibited by law. The Contest Organizer can disqualify a winner and select another if the prize is unclaimed. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Contest Organizer is not obligated to replace the prize at the winner's request if the size is not suitable or if the product does not meet expectations.

   Article 5. Taxes and Fees

   5.1 The prizes awarded in the "We Bloom Together" contest are subject to taxes and fees as per applicable U.S. tax regulations.

   5.2 The organizer is obliged to withhold and remit to the state budget the taxes according to U.S. tax laws.

   5.3 The organizer will cover the taxes and fees for the awarded prizes.

   5.4 By registering for this contest, the Participant (i) waives any rights to the materials submitted in connection with the contest (including all moral and copyright rights); (ii) agrees that the submissions become the Organizer's property and will not be returned; and (iii) grants the Organizer the absolute right to edit, modify, publish, exploit, and use the entry, voice, actions, likes, names, biographical material, writings, and all other information or materials submitted by the participant or provided through the contest in any media, now known or invented in the future, without further approval.

   5.5 The organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information contained in any contest entry. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if an entry is appropriate for publication on the site and in compliance with the Contest Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry if there are valid reasons or suspicions. The Organizer's decisions regarding this Contest are final and binding.

   Art. 6 Limitation of Organizer's Liability:

   6.1 The Contest Organizer and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all employees and shareholders are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate registration information; human errors; technical failures; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or network, computer system, equipment, server, provider, or software defects, including any injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest; failure to access the site or upload information or data; theft, manipulation, destruction, or unauthorized access to contest data; or any delay or incompleteness of registration information provided or received. Proof of uploading data or information and entering the site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, duplicate, and incomplete entries will be disqualified. Fraudulent, misleading, or false entries make participants ineligible, and all associated entries or votes will be null and void.

   6.2 As a condition of participation in the Contest, participants release the Organizer and its subsidiaries from liability for any loss, damage, harm, injury, cost, or expense, including any damage to property, bodily injury, and death arising in connection with participation in the Contest, or possession, acceptance, or use of a prize or participation in related promotional activities, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright or defamation or invasion of privacy, and delivery of merchandise.

   Art. 7 Special Provisions:

   7.1 Potential winners are subject to the Organizer's checks. The Organizer's decisions are final and binding in all contest-related aspects. Potential winners must comply with the contest regulations, and receiving the prizes is conditioned upon meeting all requirements. The Organizer is not responsible for hardware or software technical issues, unavailable connections, incomplete computer transmissions, or unforeseen modifications, which may limit the contestants' ability to participate, even due to the Organizer's negligence. The Organizer has the discretion to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest due to viruses, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the Organizer's control that may affect the fair administration of the Contest as initially set. The Organizer is not responsible for changes to participants' contact information. No false or altered entries will be accepted. The Organizer decides at its discretion to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the Contest Rules or attempts to manipulate the Contest's operation or has conduct detrimental to the Organizer, Contest, or any other participant.

   7.2 The Organizer accepts no liability, which is the sole responsibility of the participants, for:

   7.2.1. Illegally appropriating uploaded photos and violating copyright;

   7.2.2. Situations where participants provide incorrect or incomplete identification data, preventing the Organizer from contacting the participant and thus delivering the prize;

   7.3. Any complaints regarding the Contest must be sent to the Organizer's email address support@indira.ro by March 15th, 2026. Late complaints will not be considered.

   7.4 In accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws, the Organizer processes the Participants' personal data as a data controller.

   7.5 By participating in the Contest, Participants expressly and unequivocally agree that their personal data will be included in the Organizer's database for validation purposes, awarding prizes, fulfilling the Organizer's tax obligations, and for sending advertising and direct marketing communications to Participants. By participating in the contest, you agree that the Organizer may use the data you provide for promoting the Organizer's and its partner companies' products and services, including but not limited to:

   -sending advertising messages, marketing, and offers on services and products;

   -sending information via phone or SMS, mail, or other electronic communication methods (e.g., email) about services and products;

   -participating in various contests and other marketing and advertising promotional activities regarding certain services and products;

   -improving products and services to meet your needs by providing news, case studies, and conducting surveys.

   This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

   Art 8. Applicable Law

   8.1. These Rules represent an agreement between the participant and the contest Organizer, governed by applicable law in the United States.
