We Bloom Together Contest Rules

1. 1. Article: Organizer of the Contest

   1.1. Indira Art Distribution LLC, located at 1 Intrarea Moneasa St., 1st floor, apartment 4, zip code 010633, Bucharest, will organize the "We Bloom Together" contest from February 21, 2026, to March 3, 2026.

   1.2. This regulation includes the terms and conditions established by SC INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION LLC, the contest organizer, for the organization and execution of the "We Bloom Together" contest.

   1.3. Indira retains all rights and obligations as organizer and is entitled to change the concept and format of the contest as necessary, provided that prior notice is given to the public through any means.

   1.4. The current concept and format of the contest are protected by copyright according to the organizer's definition and safeguard the copyright and related rights under Law 8/1996.

   1.5. The contest rules will be accessible at www.indirabijoux.com.

   2. Article: Organization of the Contest. Contest Mechanism.

   2.1. The “We Bloom Together” contest will be held from February 21, 2026, to March 3, 2026, on the Organizer's Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/theofficialindira).

   2.2. On March 3, 2026, the organizer will post the contest announcement image on their Instagram page.

   To participate in the aforementioned contest, each contestant must tag another user in the comments and mention a flower from the "Birthflower" collection. The contest ends on March 1, 2026, and in the following days, Indira's team will draw the winner. The winner will receive a prize provided by the organizer.

   3. Article: Contest Participants

   3.1 Any resident of North America who is at least 14 years old can participate in the “We Bloom Together” contest.

   3.2 By entering the “We Bloom Together” contest, all participants unconditionally accept and agree to all the contest rules.

   3.3. Employees and contracted partners of the organizer, as well as their immediate family members, cannot participate in the contest.

   4. Article: Contest Prize Value and Attribution

   4.1 The prize for the “We Bloom Together” contest is two Indira gift cards valued at 115 USD.

   4.2 The total value of awarded prizes is approximately 230 USD.

   4.3 The contest winner must verify that they have a valid email address and complied with the contest rules. The potential winner must respond to the Organizer's message, within 72 hours of the announcement of the winner. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be drawn. The alternate winner will be contacted via private message, and they must respond to the Organizer's notification within 72 hours after the announcement.

   4.4 The contest winner will receive 2 Indira gift cards, each valued at 115 USD.

   4.5 Prize delivery may take up to 4 weeks. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with one of equivalent value, except as prohibited by law. Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into cash. The Organizer is not obliged to exchange a prize if the winner's request is due to incorrect size or non-compliance with expectations.

   5. Article: Taxes and Charges

   5.1 The “We Bloom Together” contest prizes are subject to taxes as defined by the applicable Tax Code in North America, or by signed double taxation agreements.

   5.2 The contest organizer is obligated to withhold and transfer any applicable source taxes to the state budget, in accordance with the Tax Code and agreements mentioned in section 5.1.

   5.3 The Organizer agrees to bear any taxes and charges regarding the prizes as imposed by the Tax Code.

   5.4 The Organizer retains the right to verify the accuracy or authenticity of data or information included in the application. The Organizer has the right at their discretion to determine if an application has not been properly published or used for public purposes and conforms to these contest rules. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any application if there are reasonable grounds or suspicion of this. The Organizer's decisions are final and binding on all aspects related to the contest.

   6. Article. Limitation of the Organizer's Liability:

   6.1 The Organizer and their subsidiaries, parent organizations, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as employees and shareholders assume no responsibility for: any incorrect information provided; human errors; technical malfunctions; errors, omissions, interruptions on network lines, computer systems, devices; data processing or uploading failures, the loss of data or information, including any losses or malfunctions of computers or electronic devices for any reason; printing errors; or any combination thereof. Illegible, duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The validity of fraudulent, misleading or false entries will be voided.

   6.2. As a condition of participating in the contest, participants release the Organizer and its subsidiaries from any liability that arises from participating in the contest or receiving a prize, or any damages, losses or costs associated with any promotional activities related to the contest.

   7. Article Special Provisions:

   7.1 The potential winners will be verified by the Organizer. The Organizer's decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the contest. Potential winners must comply with these rules, and the receipt of prizes is contingent upon meeting the conditions. The Organizer is not responsible for any hardware or software errors, connectivity issues, or broadcasts that restrict the ability to participate in the contest to the extent determined by the administration. The Organizer may modify, terminate, or suspend the contest at their discretion due to virus propagation, unauthorized human intervention, or other reasons that may jeopardize the proper administration of the contest.

   7.2. The Organizer assumes no responsibility; this is fully the participants' responsibility:

   7.2.1. Unauthorized photos taken by participants and violation of copyrights;

   7.2.2. Situations where participants provide incorrect or incomplete identification data, which may prevent the organizer from contacting them, and thus the delivery of the prize;

   7.3. Any claims related to the conduct of the contest must be made in writing to the organizer’s email address, support@indira.ro, by March 15, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

   7.4 In accordance with Law 677/2001 concerning the processing of personal data and changes to the free movement of personal data, the organizer processes the personal data of participants as the data controller.

   7.5 By participating in the contest, participants expressly consent to the incorporation of their personal data into the organizer's database for the verification of prizes, their distribution, compliance with tax obligations, as well as communication for advertising and direct marketing purposes. Participation in the contest explicitly grants permission for the organizer to use the information provided to promote the organizer's and partner companies' products and services, such as:

   - conducting advertisements, marketing messages and offers regarding services and products;

   - sending information by phone or SMS, by post or other electronic communication means (e.g., email) regarding services and products;

   - participating in various contests and other promotional marketing and advertising activities regarding services and products;

   - improving products and services to better meet your needs, providing news and case studies, and conducting opinion surveys.

   This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Facebook or Instagram.

   8. Article: Applicable Law

   8.1. This regulation represents the agreement between the contestants and the organizer, governed by the applicable laws of North America.
