Repair Terms & Conditions

Repair Eligibility

  • Products purchased from Indira
  • Products outside of warranty (more than 2 years from purchase);
  • Damaged products: breaks, scratches, deformities, oxidations, coating loss;
  • Not Eligible: incomplete, lost, counterfeit or tampered products by a third party.

Repair Process

  1. Access the Portal: Log into your account and enter the “Warranty and Repair Portal”.
  2. Select the “Paid Repair” option if the product is out of warranty.
  3. Fill out the form: Choose the order and the product, describe the problem, upload relevant photos.
  4. Ship the product: Choose the shipping method and send the package.
  5. Assessment: Our team will evaluate the product and send a quote within 2 business days, which will include:
    • The estimated cost of the repair
    • Estimated duration
    • Notes on any potential limitations or risks
  6. Confirmation: The repair will only proceed after the customer’s explicit confirmation.

Costs and Payment

  • The cost of the repair varies depending on the complexity.
  • Return shipping cost: 7 USD (cash on delivery).
  • Payment can be made via cash on delivery or online, depending on the option selected in the form.

Repair Duration

Repairs will be completed within a maximum of 15 calendar days from acceptance of the quote. In exceptional cases, the customer will be notified.

Repair Warranty

  • The repair comes with a 14-day warranty.
  • If the issue returns during this period, the product will be re-evaluated and repaired free of charge.
  • Subsequent issues are not covered under the warranty.

Repair Refusal and Returns

  • If the product is non-repairable or the customer refuses the quote, the product will be returned.
  • The shipping cost (7 USD) will be charged to the customer and paid upon delivery.
  • Packages sent without a sought password on the portal or prior confirmation will be rejected.

Maintenance Recommendations

To avoid additional costs:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals;
  • Do not wear jewelry while sleeping, showering, or during intense physical activities;
  • Keep jewelry in dry, clean places.
