CUI RO 36408630, J40/10658/09.08.2016, has the permission issued by ANPC: 9756, for conducting transactions in precious metals and gemstones, hereby declares under the provisions of Article 5 of HG 1022/2002 that the silver and gold jewelry sold by the company does not endanger life, health, or safety, has no negative environmental impact, and complies with EU standards.

All silver jewelry offered is controlled and certified, with a purity of 92.5%, and bears the hallmark of ANPC – The Directorate of Precious Metals and Gemstones according to the laws, which guarantees the quality of the noble metal used, or the IND responsibility mark.

All gold jewelry offered is controlled and certified, with a gold purity of 58.5%, and bears the hallmark of ANPC – The Directorate of Precious Metals and Gemstones according to the laws, which guarantees the quality of the noble metal used, or the IND responsibility mark.

Natural stones may show slight variations and color or crack defects; this is not a flaw but a reflection of their natural appearance.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST

To initiate a warranty request, please use our online portal accessible from your customer account. This is the only official channel for submitting warranty claims.

No warranty certificate is required to submit a repair request.

  1. Log in to the Warranty Portal: Log into your customer account and navigate to the "Repair and Warranty Portal" section.
  2. Select the type of request: To handle your request as efficiently as possible, please select the repair option that best describes your situation.
    • Covered Warranty:

      Select this option if you believe that the product defect is of manufacturing origin and covered by the 2-year commercial warranty. Our team will evaluate the product and inform you whether the repair is guaranteed or chargeable. Only orders placed in the last 2 years are eligible.

    • Uncertain, Needs Assessment:

      If you are unsure whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear or accident, select this option. Our team will evaluate the product and notify you about the warranty status of the repair. Only orders placed in the last 2 years are eligible.

    • Chargeable Repair:

      Select this option for damages outside the warranty, such as accidents, misuse, or normal wear (e.g., accidental chain breakage, deep scratches). We will assess the product and provide a quote for repair costs. All orders placed on the indira site are eligible.

  3. Start a new request: Select the order and the product(s) with the defect.
  4. Fill out the form: Describe in detail the experienced defect and how it occurred, and upload clear photographs of the product to show the defects.

  6. Submit your request: After filling in all information, submit the form. Your request will receive a tracking number, and you will receive an email notification.

Our team will review the request and respond within 24-48 business hours after receiving the package. You can track the status of your request directly on the warranty portal.

NOTE: Products sent for service under warranty will only be accepted if the request was previously recorded on the online portal and approved by our team. We reserve the right to refuse requested procedures that do not follow this process.

WHAT IS A COMMERCIAL WARRANTY CERTIFICATE (Article 15)

The commercial warranty certificate accompanies online purchases along with the invoice, which is sent to the email address associated with the order placed on indira.com. The commercial warranty certificate attests to the material authenticity, such as 925 silver or 585 gold, the closure systems, the method of manufacture, and does not cover misuse, impact fractures, or damages resulting from the products being subjected to loads during sleep, home use, fitness, or running. Further details can be found in the Warranty Terms and Conditions section.

No proof of possession of the warranty certificate is required to submit a repair request.

ORDER DELIVERY

All Indira products are thoroughly reviewed by experts before shipping:

  • every stone is present;
  • it has no scratches;
  • closure systems function correctly, with no obstruction;
  • there are no alterations caused by handling;
  • it is not bent;

All INDIRA jewelry is cleaned and handled carefully before being placed in the box, prior to final shipping.

After receiving the order, if the customer finds that a product does not meet expectations (scratches, missing stones, etc.), please notify us immediately, within 24 hours from package receipt, and initiate the online return process.

If the customer receives the product and starts using it but inadvertently bumps, scratches, or exposes it to mechanical impact, they cannot request its exchange.

WARRANTY

All INDIRA products are shipped with care and comply with commercial warranty regulations valid for 2 years per OUG 140/28.12.2021. Manufacturing defects will be repaired thoroughly and at no charge, provided that the product meets warranty conditions and rules.

All repair requests are processed after thorough review and examination by our team.

If the INDIRA quality assurance team determines that the damages were not caused by manufacturing defects, the customer will be notified whether repair services are available for a fee.

If the investigation reveals that a customer's product requesting warranty repair has defects that are not attributable to manufacturing imperfections, and the customer declines to pay for the product's repair, the costs for returning the package will be charged to them, which is 7 USD, and will be payable by cash on delivery upon receipt of the package.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The commercial, legal warranty remains in effect for 24 months from the acquisition of the goods, proving that the product is made of 925 silver or 585 gold, controlled and marked by ANPC for products weighing over 2 grams, and inspected by ANPC for jewelry below 2 grams according to the law.

  • The commercial warranty does not cover product wear, regardless of how much time has passed since receipt, deformation, scratches, or any other damage requiring attention due to accidental or improper usage.
  • For products coated with yellow or rose gold, the coating is 2 microns thick. The commercial warranty does not cover the coating. The retention of the coating depends on the manner of use and not on the authenticity of the material. Significant wear (24 hours/day) may lead to the removal of the coating. The removal of the coating is not covered by the commercial warranty as provided under OUG 140/28.12.2021.
  • No refunds can be requested for products that do not match the shipped orders, due to being broken, damaged, bent, worn, bearing signs of use, oxidized or inadequately treated.
  • The commercial warranty does not cover general wear, oxidation, and/or damages caused by loss, theft, misuse, accident, careless or intentionally improper treatment.
  • The commercial warranty does not cover damages due to moisture, wear of the coating, cleaning of purchased jewelry, which leads to the coating being removed.
  • If a part of the jewelry (including but not limited to stones, chains, clasps, etc.) falls off, it must be returned along with the other markings before any repair attempts are made. INDIRA is not responsible for missing parts or stones.
  • The commercial warranty does not cover discolorations, color changes to the product caused by chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot baths, bathtubs, chemical and toxic conditions, moisture effects;
  • The commercial warranty does not cover scratches, bent or distorted jewelry, scratches, and damages in the jewelry's claw area caused by neglect or other damages;
  • The commercial warranty does not cover lost or stolen products;

CORRECTIVE MEASURES IN CASE OF NONCONFORMITY (Article 11 of OUG 140 / 28.12.2021)

If the jewelry is not repairable, the defective jewelry will be exchanged for a similar model, another model of equal value, or its value will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for the purchase of a different product. According to OUG 140 / 28.12.2021, warranty means free repairs for products within the warranty period, whose faults cannot be attributed to the customer. Customer rights comply with OUG 140 / 28.12.2021. Customer rights are not affected by the warranty conditions stated in the Warranty Certificate.

REPAIRING AND REPLACING PRODUCTS (Article 12 of OUG 140 / 28.12.2021)

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period: incorrect closure, a stone falls out, or other defects (not related to improper use), a professional examination will be conducted, and the defect will be remedied free of charge.

The repair time will not exceed 15 calendar days starting from the moment the seller received notification from the customer regarding the product's defective condition.

The product sent for repair will receive a repair and examination slip, indicating the name of the repaired product, the defect, the remedy, and the warranty applicable for the repair, as well as the times of entry into and exit from the service.

All products brought in for repair will receive a 14-day warranty on the repair.

If the defect recurs within 14 days, the product will undergo further examination and the issue will be resolved. If the defect recurs after the warranty period given for the repair, the product will not be re-examined since the new defect is not a manufacturing defect or material flaw.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USING INDIRA JEWELRY

For products plated with yellow, white, or rose gold, it is recommended to ensure attentive use to preserve color for a longer time. The fading of the coating is attributed solely to specific environmental usage conditions; therefore, it is not recommended: prolonged direct contact of gold-plated jewelry with water, contact with harmful environments, dirt, smoke, solvents or acids, etc.

Normal wear of coated products may result in color fading over time or changes in certain areas without affecting the base material.. . .

According to Article 11, paragraph 2 of Law 449/2003, the customer cannot request the replacement of jewelry due to falling stones. All products within the warranty period are repaired for free or substituted with new products according to OUG 140 / 28.12.2021.. . .
