Product Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for choosing Indira! If the size is not right or you simply do not wish to keep the ordered jewelry, you can request an exchange or return without any hassle within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the jewelry has not been worn.
Return and Exchange Policies
- The first exchange or return for all domestic deliveries is free.
- If a second exchange/return request is received for the same order, the shipping cost will be covered by the customer. The costs are:
- 5 USD in the city
- 6 USD in rural areas
- 7 USD for additional mileage zones
- For orders shipped to the European Union and the United Kingdom, the customer bears all costs for exchanges and returns.
How to Return or Exchange a Product?
- Log into your account: Navigate to the "My Account" section.
- Select the order: Choose the order you wish to return and click the "Return" button.
- Select your options: Choose your desired option (exchange for a different size or refund).

Prepare the package: Properly package the product.
- If you choose pickup from your address, wait for the courier we send.
- If you select return via Easybox, note the code you receive and leave the package in the chosen locker.
- Processing: Once we receive and evaluate the returned products, we will process your request. For returns, the money will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 business days.
Note: The "Exchange" option is only valid for the same product in a different size. If you want a completely different product, please choose the "Return" option to quickly receive store credit, and you can place a new order for the desired product.
Important Conditions
Returned or exchanged products must be in new condition without signs of wear. If there are scratches, damage, or other signs of wear, we reserve the right to reject the request or charge for refurbishing the item, if possible.
