Black Friday Giveaway Rules

 

1. 1. Article Organizer

   1.1. Indira Art Distribution LLC, located at Str. Intrarea Moneasa, Nr 1, et. 1, ap 4, 010633, Bucharest, organizes the Black Friday giveaway from October 31 to November 2.

   1.2. These rules contain the terms and conditions of the Black Friday giveaway organized by INDIRA ART DISTRIBUTION LLC.

   1.3. Indira holds all rights and obligations as the organizer. The organizer may change the concept and format of the game at any time but must inform the public in advance through any available means.

   1.4. The concept and format of the game are protected by copyright under Law 8 of 1996.

   1.5. The game rules are available at www.indirabijoux.com.

   2. Article Organization of the Giveaway. Mechanism of the Giveaway.

   2.1. The “Black Friday” giveaway takes place from October 31 to November 2 on the Organizer's Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/theofficialindira)

   2.2. On October 31, 2025, the organizer will announce the game on their Instagram page.

   Participation requires registration, adding desired jewelry to the wishlist, and subscribing to the newsletter. The game will close on November 2, 2024, at 7:00 PM, and the winner will be selected by the Indira team through a draw. The winner will receive the prize provided by the store.

   3. Article Participants

   3.1. Private individuals aged 14 and over residing in North America can participate in the “Black Friday” giveaway.

   3.2. By registering for the “Black Friday” giveaway, all participants unconditionally accept the rules of the game.

   3.3. Indira employees and subcontractors, as well as their close relatives, may not participate in the giveaway.

   4. Article Value and Delivery of Prizes

   4.1. The prize for the Black Friday giveaway consists of silver jewelry valued at approximately 345 USD.

   4.2. The total value of the prizes is approximately 345 USD.

   4.3. The winner will be announced after email validation. They must respond within 72 hours of notification; otherwise, a new winner will be chosen. The winning silver jewelry will be given at full price (no discount).

   4.4. Delivery time for the prizes may be up to 4 weeks. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value. Prizes are non-transferable and their cash value cannot be claimed. The organizer is not obligated to exchange the prize based on the winner's request if it is not the right size or does not meet expectations.

   5. Article Taxes and Fees

   5.1. Prizes won in the “Black Friday” giveaway are subject to taxes according to US tax laws or under double taxation avoidance agreements.

   5.2. The organizer is required to withhold and remit taxes to the government.

   5.3. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the organizer.

   5.4. By participating, the applicant waives rights to any materials used, granting the organizer the right to use the materials in all media.

   5.5. The organizer reserves the right to verify any registration.

   6. Article Organizer's Liability:

   6.1. The organizer and its affiliates are not liable for information errors or technical issues.

   6.2. As a condition of participation, participants release the organizer from any loss incurred as a result of participation.

   7. Article Special Provisions:

   7.1. Potential winners may be subject to checks by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for technical errors.

   7.2. The organizer is not responsible for images uploaded illegally by participants.

   7.3. Complaints related to the game may be sent to support@indira.ro by November 20.

   7.4. The organizer manages participants' personal data according to data protection laws.

   7.5. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that their data may be used by the organizer for marketing purposes. This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.

   8. Article Applicable Law

   8.1. This Regulation represents an agreement between the giveaway participant and the Organizer, governed by US law.
