FAQ
What is the Birthflower Collection?
It’s our jewelry collection inspired by each month’s birth flower. Every month of the year is associated with a symbolic flower, which we interpret as a delicate necklace or ring, finely engraved with the flower’s silhouette. A subtle, personal way to wear the month you were born — or to gift someone dear a token thoughtfully made just for them.
What is my birth-month flower?
A few examples from the collection: January – snowdrop, February – iris, March – daffodil, April – daisy, May – lily, July – lotus, August – poppy, September – aster, October – cosmos. Choose your month or the one of the person you want to gift this piece to.
What materials are the Birthflower pieces made of?
Made from 925 sterling silver in the classic silver finish, and 925 sterling silver plated with 14K gold for the gold-tone option. These are stone-free pieces, where the focus is on minimalist design and the flower’s silhouette — clean, elegantly engraved, easy to wear every day.
Is it a good gift — and for whom?
It’s one of our most-loved gifts precisely because it’s personal without being showy. It suits a mom, a friend, a sister or a partner — for birthdays, christenings, or as a thoughtful sympathy gesture. Choosing her exact birth-month flower turns a beautiful piece of jewelry into a meaningful message.
What’s the difference compared to the Birthstone Collection?
Both are personalized by birth month, but they express the idea differently. Birthflower uses the month’s flower, engraved in metal, without stones — a minimalist, graphic style. Birthstone uses the month’s natural gemstone, with color and sparkle. The choice comes down to style: the clean line of the flower or the pop of color from the stone.
How do I care for gold-plated pieces?
The plating layer is approximately 2 microns of gold and is sensitive to perfume, lotion, water, and friction; its wear over time is a normal process, not a defect. Put your jewelry on after applying perfume, take it off for showering and sports, and store it in its original box. This keeps the golden color beautiful for as long as possible.
